III. 2018 r. odby\u0142a si\u0119 10 edycja autorskiego konkursu Roberta Sowy ,,Kulinarny Talent 2018\u201d w trakcie Mi\u0119dzynarodowych Targ\u00f3w Gastronomicznych\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kulinarny Talent to presti\u017cowy konkurs, kt\u00f3ry pozwala odkry\u0107 wybitne zdolno\u015bci w\u015br\u00f3d rozpoczynaj\u0105cych \u017cycie zawodowe m\u0142odych adept\u00f3w sztuki kulinarnej.<\/p>\n<p>W konkursie brali udzia\u0142 uczniowie szk\u00f3\u0142 gastronomicznych z ca\u0142ego kraju. Nasz\u0105 szko\u0142\u0119 reprezentowa\u0142 wy\u0142oniony w trakcie szkolnego konkursu Jakub Puzio &#8211;\u00a0 ucze\u0144 klasy 2\u017cT w zawodzie technik \u017cywienia i us\u0142ug gastronomicznych.<\/p>\n<p>W tym roku przed finalistami zosta\u0142o postawione bardzo trudne zadanie polegaj\u0105ce na przygotowaniu potrawy z combra jagni\u0119cego, batat\u00f3w oraz sera \u201eBursztyn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kuba przygotowa\u0142 comber jagni\u0119cy z aksamitnym sosem ma\u015blanym, na poduszce z zapiekanych batat\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nad technik\u0105 pracy uczni\u00f3w czuwa\u0142o jury sk\u0142adaj\u0105ce si\u0119 z autorytet\u00f3w kulinarnych tj. Jerzy Pasikowski, Kurt Scheller, Wies\u0142aw Bober, Dawid \u0141agowski<br \/>\nOceniali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mise en place &#8211; czyli kolejno\u015b\u0107 wykonywanych czynno\u015bci<\/li>\n<li>techniki kulinarne,<\/li>\n<li>smak i estetyk\u0119 podania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Natomiast jury degustacyjne stanowi\u0142y znane osobowo\u015bci z telewizji m.in. Filip Chajzer,\u00a0 Rafa\u0142 Maserak, Hanna Lis czy Krzysztof Ibisz.<\/p>\n<p>Konkurs by\u0142 na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Uczestnicy musieli przygotowa\u0107 w ci\u0105gu 40 minut danie g\u0142\u00f3wne sk\u0142adaj\u0105ce si\u0119 z combra jagni\u0119cego i wyda\u0107 go w o\u015bmiu porcjach. Ka\u017cdy ruch konkursowicz\u00f3w by\u0142 \u015bledzony przez kamery telewizyjne.<\/p>\n<p>Kuba, opr\u00f3cz talentu kulinarnego wykaza\u0142 si\u0119 du\u017c\u0105 odporno\u015bci\u0105 na stres oraz pogod\u0105 ducha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Udzia\u0142 w konkursie to doskona\u0142y sprawdzian umiej\u0119tno\u015bci zawodowych, pokaz najnowszych trend\u00f3w, odwaga w \u0142\u0105czeniu smak\u00f3w i r\u00f3\u017cnych technik przygotowania da\u0144.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Konkursowe zmagania to wspania\u0142a zabawa, lekcja, do\u015bwiadczenie na
